Day 3 — Faith Beyond the Comfort Zone
Scripture: Luke 10:3
“Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.”
Jesus sent His disciples into towns and villages before they felt fully prepared. They were forced to trust God beyond their comfort zones.
The same pattern appears throughout Scripture.
Noah built an ark before he understood everything God was doing. The widow in 2 Kings obeyed Elisha’s instructions before she saw the miracle. Both stepped forward in faith before they saw the outcome.
Obedience often comes before blessing.
Many times we want certainty before we act. God often asks us to move forward with faith instead. Growth happens when we trust Him in unfamiliar territory.
Comfort rarely develops courage. Faith does.
What if the very thing God is asking you to do is the next step in your spiritual growth?

- Where have you become comfortable instead of faithful?
- What step of obedience have you been postponing?
Prayer
Lord, help me move beyond fear and comfort. Strengthen my faith and give me courage to obey whatever You ask of me. Amen.
