Day 5 — Go and Tell
Scripture: Matthew 28:19–20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”
The gospel was never meant to stop with us.
We receive it—and then we carry it.
We are saved by grace, transformed by Christ, and sent into the world as His witnesses.
Romans 10 reminds us that people need to hear the gospel. Matthew 28 reminds us that Jesus has given His followers a mission: go and make disciples.
You don’t need to know every answer.
You don’t need to be a professional theologian.
You don’t need to have a perfect testimony.
You simply need to know Jesus and be willing to tell others what He has done.
Perhaps you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity.
Don’t wait.
Ask God for an opportunity today.
Look around you. Someone you encounter this week may be searching for hope, struggling with guilt, questioning God, or simply wondering whether there is something more.
You carry a message that can change a life for eternity.
So, how are your feet?
Are they moving?
Are they carrying the good news?
Are they going where Jesus sends you?
Reflect
- What is one person I need to intentionally reach out to this week?
- What part of sharing my faith makes me nervous?
- What would it look like for me to take one step of obedience?
Prayer
Jesus, thank You for allowing me to be part of Your mission. Give me beautiful feet—feet willing to go, serve, love, listen, and speak. Give me courage to share the gospel clearly and compassionately. Use my life to point people toward You. Amen.
Today’s Challenge
Pray. Go. Tell.
- Pray for three people who need Jesus.
- Go toward someone God has placed in your path.
- Tell someone what Jesus has done for you.
Remember:
The gospel is too good to keep to ourselves.
May God make our feet beautiful as we carry the good news of Jesus Christ wherever He sends us.
