Day 4 — Beautiful Feet
Scripture: Romans 10:15
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Paul quotes Isaiah 52, where messengers came running over the hills with incredible news: the exile was over; God’s people could come home.
Their feet probably weren’t physically beautiful.
They were dusty.
They were tired.
They were worn from the journey.
But their feet were beautiful because of the message they carried.
That’s the picture Paul gives us.
Beautiful feet aren’t about appearance. They’re about obedience.
Your feet become beautiful when they carry the message of Jesus into places where people need hope.
Sometimes that means walking into a difficult conversation.
Sometimes it means sitting with someone who is hurting.
Sometimes it means telling someone what Christ has done in your life.
Sometimes it means simply asking, “Can I tell you what Jesus means to me?”
God doesn’t require perfect messengers. He uses ordinary people who are willing to go.
Reflect
- Where is God asking me to go?
- Who might need encouragement, prayer, or the hope of Christ?
- Am I willing to take the next step even if I feel uncomfortable?
Prayer
Lord, make my feet beautiful. Use my words, actions, and relationships to carry the good news of Jesus. Give me courage to go where You lead and compassion for those I encounter along the way. Amen.
Today’s Step
Take one intentional step toward someone who needs encouragement. Send a message, make a phone call, offer to pray, or begin a gospel conversation.
